Cancellation Policy
I get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel,All cancellations must be made atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or will be charged a cancellation fee. If you must cancel or need to reschedule please contact Erica Starr Salon(210-857-1606) for assistance
No Call no shows: ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL PAY 20% Of the Booked service and will not allowed to reschedule again until fee is paid. Please communicate atleast 24 hours before if you won't be coming in to avoid this fee.
Late policy: Please be on time to your appointment. If you are running late please contact the salon. (210-857-1606)
There is a grace period of 15 minutes if you are any later we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a cancellation fee or subjected to late fees.
This salon does not offer refunds or exchanges
If you realize you don't love your hair ,l am more than happy to adjust it for you free of charge as long as you contact the salon the week of the original appointment. Anything past a week would be considered a new appointment scheduled
